CFO & Vice President - By Design Transformation Center, Marriage & Family Pastor

Harry is the CFO and Vice President of By Design Transformation Center. He is a Marriage & Family Pastor and leads our Marriage & Family Ministry alongside his wife, Jennifer. He is a Senior Project Manager for LAUSD. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Utica College of Syracuse University. Additionally, he graduated from Western Ministry Institute in 2022, where he majored in Biblical Doctrine and Theology. Harry completed Basic and Advanced Sozo Training through Bethel Church, Redding, CA in May 2024. He serves on the Altar Team and Baptism Team at his local church, Fearless Church, LA, and is an integral voice and mentor to the leadership team there, as well as highly involved in future projects pivotal to their growth, advancement, and influence. He is passionate about worship and prayer, baptism, mentoring men, and working alongside his wife, building the kingdom in the call of marriage and family ministry.
