Jennifer Fox

Jennifer is the Founder and President of By Design Transformation Center. She is an ordained Marriage & Family Pastor. She has served at multiple churches over the years as the Women’s Pastor and Marriage and Family Pastor. She currently leads our Marriage & Family Ministry alongside her husband Harry.

Additionally, Jennifer is a Pastoral Counselor. She holds Specialization Certifications in both Mental Health Coaching, as well as Infidelity and Betrayal Trauma. She is a Certified Master Life Coach and is Board Certified through the ICF, (International Coaching Federation), as an Associate Certified Coach. She is a member in good standing of both the ICF and AACC (American Association of Christian Counselors) Boards.

Jennifer completed Sozo Basic and Advanced training through Bethel Church in Redding, CA in May 2024. She is a DONA Trained Certified Doula and Lead Instructor at the Christian Leadership and Coaching Mastery Institute, an ICF accredited Life Coaching and Christian Leadership Institute.

She holds an Associates Degree in Legal Assisting from Bryant & Stratton College, Richmond, VA. She attended Seminary in Richmond, VA in 2012 where she majored in Theology and Biblical Doctrine, and minored in Urban Outreach Ministry. She is currently completing an additional Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Christian Counseling from Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA and is scheduled to graduate in December 2024.

She is a published Author of the book, The Track: A Journey From Tragedy To Triumph, as well as a sought after Speaker, speaking at Marriage, Family, Parenting, and Women’s Conferences and Events.
