Rebecca is the Director of the Human Trafficking, Outreach, and Missions Programs at By Design Transformation Center. She is currently completing her coursework and credentials to become Board Certified in Biblical Counseling and Mental Health Coaching through IBCC (International Board of Christian Care). 

In 2010, God radically changed the trajectory of her life and she began to turn her efforts towards missions; serving the homeless, orphans, human trafficking victims, and people battling addiction. It became the driving force to everything she put her heart and mind to. Rebecca has served as a missionary in 14 countries, including the red-light districts of Thailand, brothels, slums, leprosy hospitals in India, orphanages in rural villages across Africa and at Mother Theresa’s, “Home of the Pure Heart” in Calcutta. She served the homeless in NYC for 10 years and Los Angeles’ skid row, with her non-profit, “Hear the Hungry.” She later moved back to CA where she worked at a 450+ person emergency shelter in Santa Ana. She’s counseled victims, runaways, women fleeing from violent domestic abuse, young teens, and people straight out of prison. 

She calls Southern California home and is a devoted wife and mother.
