Office Manager & Executive Assistant

Brittany is a devoted wife and mother of three from Upstate New York. She is the Office Manager and Executive Assistant at The By Design Transformation Center, where she expertly manages all day-to-day operations of the center, while championing a culture of care and support to our clients, staff, and ministry partners. With an unwavering commitment to aiding others, Brittany ensures the seamless operation of the office, overseeing daily tasks with efficiency and dedication. Her role extends far beyond administrative duties; she is the cornerstone of the office, ensuring that every client and team member feels valued and heard. 

Brittany attended Bible College in Richmond, VA in 2012, majoring in Biblical Doctrine and Theology, with a focus on Children’s Ministry. During that time, she interned under the Children’s Pastor at a large Outreach Ministry, where she also served as a Leader of an Inner City Children’s Bus Ministry, dedicated to serving 800+ at-risk children in the projects of Richmond, VA. Currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Education at Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA, Brittany merges her academic pursuits with her innate passion for uplifting others. Her ability to balance her studies, family life, and professional responsibilities speaks volumes about her dedication and organizational expertise.
